- Mandatory and individual NAWA's Director recognition statement of diplomas issued in countries that are not members of the EU/OECD/EFTA, and are not automatically recognised or covered by bilateral agreement (eg. China, Ukraine). A requisite condition for visa application. Valid only together with original doploma
