Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is one of the largest healthcare professions in the EU and demands many skills. The course offered at UITM has been developed with full reference to recent changes in health service provision in Poland and the EU.

The programme will prepare successful students to be effective physiotherapists who use knowledge and skills to improve a range of conditions associated with different systems of the body. That is why the course places emphasis on teaching human anatomy, physiology, movement and function together with communication skills and team work. An understanding of the social, cultural and psychological factors affecting people are taught during the course, too.
