Programme Description

 

Studies in Agroecology are offered as a two-year (4 semesters) programme, a specialization within the Environmental Protection.Agroecology is a modern approach to agriculture, where farming considers not only economic aspects but also widely understood ecological needs of the agrocenoses and adjoining areas.
We welcome the graduates from first degree programmes such as Bachelor (BA or BSc.) in: Protection of the Natural Environment, Horticulture, Economics, Biology, Food Technology or other fields of Agriculture.
The programme concludes with Master Thesis leading to a Magister degree in Agroecology with a note that the programme was taught in English

Admission Requirements

Necessary Documents: completed application form, printed and signed; higher education diploma – (BA or BSc.) (in Polish or English) Diploma Supplement /certified copies of academic transcripts certified copy of secondary school leaving certificate up-to-date medical certificate – confirming no contraindications to enrolling in the studies in a selected major; three ID photographs sized 35 mm x 45 mm without a headgear in bright background; a certificate from consulate confirming Polish descent or Polish Charter, if the candidate holds one; a document confirming the knowledge of English; a photo-copy of a personal identity card or passport; a photo-copy of a visa or residence card or other document authorizing to stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
