Programme Description
The aim of the training programme within the Faculty of Management at the Academy of Business is to provide students with comprehensive knowledge of economics and management, allowing them to gain the skills necessary to manage business processes effectively. The students of the Academy, depending on their needs and interests, have a choice of a wide range of specialties: Business Management, Financial Management and Stock Market Investments, Accounting and Taxation, Marketing and Sales Management, Psychology of Management, Human Resources Management Psychology in business, Quality Management, Project Management and EU funds, Security Units Management. In the course of study, in addition to traditional lectures and classes, students can meet with business practicioners and take part in study visits making the direct contact with business possible. Study visits are organized in manufacturing companies, service companies and commercial financial institutions, both in corporate and small and medium enterprises. Working with business representatives university gives its graduates the opportunity to gain multiple certifications, among which the most popular are: Technology SPSS SPSS Junior Expert and Expert Technology, Internal Auditor of Quality Management System TUV Nord Poland, Auditor of Internal Environmental Management System TÜV Nord Poland, Internal Auditor of Safety Management System Occupational Health and TÜV Nord Poland. A wide range of studies, high quality education and special care to make the content of study up-to-date allows the graduates of Academy of Business to be employed as specialists in business management, and the management of processes and teams; allows them to become experts in the field of personal counseling and coaching, CFOs - directing the company's financial policy, the interbank market dealers and analysts of financial markets, financial advisors, brokers, or independent investors in the financial market.
Admission Requirements
Holders of high school diplomas may apply for the Bachelor programmes. A language certificate in English (at least B1 level) is required (unless the high school courses were taught in English).
