Philosophy

- The 1st degree/bachelor study in the field of Philosophy are in with University’s mission and development strategy: according with the general characteristics of the University’s mission which is defined as “scientific and didactic activity realized through scientific research, making available and promoting knowledge, teaching academic students, doctoral candidates and listeners, actively popularizing knowledge, and cooperating with domestic and foreign scientific centers.” The presented offer expands/fulfills the propositions expressed in the above quotation as “teaching academic students.” The first degree studies enable the University to widen the above mentioned emphasis regarding scientific and dicactic activity as promotional activity. The presented field should also fulfill local tasks which the University has undertaken: “The University realizes its mission keeping in mind the historical, social, econonomic and cultural status of Częstochowa and the region.” Regarding said fulfillment, the success of the region’s community.
