In this Privacy Policy, references to "Administrator", "we", "us", or "our" refer to PRIMO-DOTACJE Sp. z o.o. operating the PolandEduStart brand.

  • Technical & Navigation Data: IP address, device type, browser information, operating system, geographical region based on IP, referring URLs, page views, time spent on pages, and standard server log records.
  • Transaction & Invoicing Data: Billing name, company details, address, transaction reference, and invoice details. Note that payment card numbers are processed directly and securely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal); we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

  • Higher Education Institutions: Public and private universities, academies, and institutes in Poland or the EU where you apply for admission.

  • Public & Diplomatic Bodies: Polish consulates, embassies, or border guard authorities strictly when required for official visa processing or legally binding administrative requests.

5. International Data Transfers (Non-EEA Transfers)

Because we serve international students worldwide, your personal data may be transferred to or accessed from countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Whenever data is transferred outside the EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR:

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with statutory legal requirements:

General Inquiries

Stored for up to 3 years from last contact or until resolution of the inquiry.

Client Contracts & Admissions

Stored for the duration of service delivery plus up to 6 years following contract completion (Polish Civil Code statute of limitations).

Financial & Invoicing Records

Stored for 5 years following the end of the fiscal year in accordance with Polish accounting law.

Marketing Data

Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw your explicit consent.
